Mobile Detailing (At-Home Service)

• Service Area: We provide mobile detailing at your preferred location. Please ensure adequate space and access to water and electricity (if required).

• Vehicle Condition: Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., heavy mud, pet hair, stains) may incur additional charges or require a reschedule.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a $25 fee, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

• We aer not held liable to any damages after our service is done.

Ceramic Coating (Drop-Off Service at Our Location)

• Drop-Off Policy: Vehicles must be dropped off at the agreed-upon time. Delays may affect service completion.

• Vehicle Inspection: We perform a pre-service inspection to document the vehicle’s condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

• Damage Liability: Unique Mobile Detailing NC takes great care with all vehicles. However, we are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions, aftermarket modifications, or structural issues.

• Pick-Up Policy: Customers must pick up their vehicles at the scheduled time. Late pick-ups may incur storage fees.
